Listing Camera ("we," "us," or "the app") helps you turn phone photos into professional-quality real estate listing images. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. We built the app to collect as little personal information as possible.

Information we handle

• Photos you choose to enhance. When you enhance a photo, the image is securely uploaded to our backend and sent to our AI image provider to generate the improved version. Photos are processed only to produce your result and are not used to train AI models, sold, or shared for advertising.
• Purchase and subscription data. Subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Apple. We receive a non-identifying subscription status and an anonymous identifier (via RevenueCat) so we can grant and track your enhancement credits. We never receive your full payment card details.
• Credit balance. Your enhancement-credit balance is stored against an anonymous account identifier so it stays correct across reinstalls and devices.
• Basic technical logs. Our servers may record minimal, non-identifying request information (such as timestamps and error codes) to keep the service reliable and secure.

What we do not collect

We do not require an account, name, email, or phone number to use the app. We do not access your photo library beyond the specific photos you capture or select to enhance, and we do not track you across other apps or websites for advertising.

How your photos are processed

Enhancement happens through our secure backend, which forwards your image to a third-party AI image provider solely to generate your enhanced photo. The enhanced result is returned to your device. We do not retain your photos for any purpose other than delivering the result, and we do not use them to train models.

Third-party services

• Apple App Store — handles all payments and subscriptions.
• RevenueCat — manages subscription status and entitlements.
• Our AI image provider — performs the photo enhancement.

Each provider processes data only as needed to perform its function.

Data retention

Photos are processed transiently to produce your enhanced image and are not stored long-term by us. Your anonymous credit balance is retained while your account identifier remains active so your credits stay available to you.

Your choices

You control which photos you enhance. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings. You may stop using the app and delete it at any time, which ends any further processing from your device.

Children's privacy

The app is intended for professional and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
